I cannot say enough about the hard work Sam did to help us sell our parents' house.
There was a lot of work involved to get it ready to sell, and Sam was there 100% of the way, helping us set up all the contractors needed, and simply guiding us in all we needed to do. Her advice was always spot on, and she was a joy to work with throughout the entire process. I cannot recommend her enough for anyone selling their home.

I feel very fortunate when I signed up on the Baxter team SCCL website for additional information, Samantha was the agent that contacted me.
I was contacted immediately and she was always available to meet/talk with me. Samantha listened to what I wanted in a property and delivered. When she was unavailable for a showing, she arranged for another agent to show me the property. Samantha guided me through the process of making purchase offers on a couple of properties and never made me feel I was asking "stupid" questions. She maintained a level of professionalism at all times but made me feel comfortable as if I was meeting with an old friend. Since buying a home is not something most people do on a daily basis, I highly recommend Samantha to help you with the process. She is a very knowledgeable agent and made the whole buying experience less stressful.

We live in Indiana, the property and Samantha are in SC. Our Daughter, Rene", lives in NC. She is Sam's main contact. Sam & Rene' did all the house searching, we all were in constant touch mostly be email. Sam worked with us for many many weeks to help find us a Home, not just a house. We had several bumps in the road to finally purchasing this home. Sam was always on top of everything and made sure between the present home owner and my Financial institution, myself and Rene' were always aware what was happening and needed done each step of the way. She took the time to take us around the Charlotte and Indian Land areas to best understand what we were comfortable with. Being out-of-state and moving into the area, Sam took the time to explain taxes and other SC/NC information that would be important to our decision making. She interfaced for us when we couldn't be there in person, and provided great recommendations to businesses in the area. Each recommendation was spot on! When we decided to go back for another look at the house we liked, Sam made sure we were able to get in with no problems. During the offer development process, she was a great resource to discuss what we were thinking and assisted in the offer and negotiation process. She continues to follow up on our relocation progress and has been great to work with. Highly recommend Sam!!
